2 12oz packages of fresh cranberries 1 1/2 cups of sugar 2 Apples - best to use somewhat tart apples like McIntosh 2 Oranges 3 Stalks of celery 1 Cup of walnuts Cinnamin and ground cloves to taste.
Chop cranberries in a blender then add sugar and let sit overnight. Then grate the orange peel. Chop the apples, oranges, celery, and walnuts then add to cranberry along with most the grated orange peel. Season with cinnamin and cloves to taste. Garnish with some of the grated orange peel. Enjoy!
